IBPS CWE( PO పరీక్ష ) వ్రాయడం లో మెళకువలు

 I B P S   C W E  వివిధ బ్యాంక్ లలో PO, Clerical పోస్ట్ ల భర్తీకి నియామక ప్రకటన వెలువడింది. 

PO టెస్ట్ వచ్చే నెలలోనే ఉంది. క్లరికల్ టెస్ట్ కి ఇంకా దాదాపు 2 నెలల వ్యవధి ఉన్నది.  బ్యాంక్ లు అభ్యర్ధులని నియమించుకునేటప్పుడు I B P S CWE లో అభ్యర్ధికి కేటాయించిన స్కొర్ కార్డ్ కి చాలా ప్రాధాన్యతని ఇస్తాయి. ఈ ఉమ్మడి వ్రాత పరీక్ష వలన 19 ప్రభుత్వ రంగ  బ్యాంక్ లకు విడి విడి గా ప్రిపేర్ అయ్యి పరీక్ష వ్రాసే ఇబ్బంది అభ్యర్ధులకి తప్పింది. పరీక్ష బాగా వ్రాసి మంచి స్కోర్ సాధించిన అభ్యర్ధులకి ఈ విధానం వలన చాలా ఉపయోగం ఉంటుంది.     కానీ , సరి అయిన స్కోర్ సాధించలేని అభ్యర్ధి  19 బ్యాంక్ ల నియామకంలోనూ వెనుకపడతారు. అలాంటి వారు మరల I B P S   CWE నోటిఫికేషన్ కొరకు వేచి చూడాల్సి వస్తుంది. ఇదివరకు పద్ధతి లో అయితే ఒక బ్యాంక్ నిర్వహించిన టెస్ట్ లో విఫలం అయితే మరొక బ్యాంక్ టెస్ట్ లో బాగా ప్రయత్నం చేసే అవకాశము ఉండేది. ఇప్పుడు       I B P S ఉమ్మడి వ్రాతపరీక్ష ద్వారా అలాంటి అవకాశము అభ్యర్ధులకి లేదు.  కాబట్టి ఉన్న సమయం సద్వినియోగం చేసుకోండి. ప్రిపరేషన్ మొదలు పెట్టండి.

మొత్తం రెండున్నర గంటల వ్యవధిలో ఇంగ్లీష్ డిస్క్రిప్ట్ వ్ విభాగానికి విభాగానికి 60  నిమిషాలు పోగా మిగిలిన పేపర్ కి 150 నిమిషాలు సమయం.

2 . అభ్యర్ధి తన సామర్ధ్యాన్ని కచ్చితంగా అంచనా వేసుకోగలగాలి. ప్రతీ సబ్జెక్ట్ లో తన బలాబలాలు తెలిసి ఉండాలి.

3. తప్పు సమాధానికి పెనాల్టీ ఉంటుంది కాబట్టి ఎన్ని సమాధానాలు వ్రాసాము అన్నది కాకుండా ఎన్ని సరైన సమాధానాలు వ్రాసామన్నదాని మీద విజయావకాశం ఆధారపడి ఉంటుంది .

4. అభ్యర్ధి తనకు పట్టుఉన్న విభాగాన్ని ముందుగా పూర్తి చెయ్యడము వలన సమయం ఆదా అవుతుంది నమ్మకం పెరుగుతుంది.

5.  జనరల్ అవేర్ నేస్ ముందుగా ప్రారంభిస్తే మంచిది. ప్రశ్నని సాల్వ్ చెయ్యడానికి ఎక్కువ సమయం పట్టదు.

6. కచ్చితంగా సమాధానం తెలుసు  అన్నవి ముందుగా  పూరించండి..రాని ప్రశ్నలని ఊహించేటప్పుడు కటాఫ్ మార్క్స్ ని కూడా దృష్టి లో ఉంచుకోండి.

7. జనరల్ అవేర్ నేస్ తరువాత ఆంగ్ల విభాగానికి వస్తే మంచిది. వొకాబ్లరీ, గ్రామర్ మీద పట్టు ఉండాలి. 

8 . వ్యాసరచనకై న్యూస్ ఎడిటొరియల్స్ చదవండి. కొత్తపదాలని సంధర్భానుసారంగా వాడండి. అనవసరమైన హంగులకి పోవద్దు. వ్రాసేది సూటిగా సరళంగా చదివేవారికి సులభంగా అర్ధం అయ్యేలా వ్ర్రాయండి. చక్కని చేతివ్రాతతో సంధర్భానుసారంగా కరంట్ఎఫైర్స్ తో వ్యాసాన్ని అనుసంధానించండి.

9. విభాగాల వారీగా చదివినప్పటికీ పాత పేపర్లు పూరించండి. దొరకని వారు మోడెల్ పేపర్లు పూరించండి . ఈ అలవాటు పరీక్ష హాలులో తడబాటు నుంచి మిమ్మలని కాపాడుతుంది. ఎంత ఎక్కువగా అబ్యాసం చేస్తే పరీక్షలో అంత ఎక్కువ సమయం కలసివస్తుంది.మోడెల్ పేపర్లు పూర్తి చేసే ముందు టైమ్ సెట్ చేసుకోవడం మరువకండి. ఎక్కువ సమయం పడుతోంటే మరింత ప్రాక్టీస్ అవసరం అని గుర్తించండి.

10. మీరు ఇంతకు ముందు ప్రిపేర్ అయి వున్నాఇప్పుడు వెంటనే మీ ప్రిపరేషన్ మొదలు పెట్టండి.

కోనసీమ రైతులు సంఘఠితమై ప్రకటించిన పంట విరామం ( Crop Holiday ) గురించి కొత్తగా చెప్పనవసరం లేదు. ప్రతీ ఒక్కరికీ తెలిసే ఉంటుంది. అన్నం పెట్టే రైతు తానిక పెట్టనని చెప్పడానికి ఎవరు బాధ్యులు ?  రైతుల ఆత్మహత్యలు కూడా రాజకీయం చేస్తున్న మన రాజకీయనాయకులా ? కనీసం బియ్యంబస్తా తెచ్చుకుంటున్నప్పుడు కూడ పంట పండించే రైతు కష్టనష్టాల గురించి ఆలోచించని ప్రజలదా....?

కారణాలు ఏవైనా రైతన్న అలిగాడు . వ్యవసాయాన్ని నమ్ముకోవడమే తప్ప అమ్ముకోవడం చేతగాని మన అన్నదాత పంట విరామం ప్రకటించి మార్పు కోసం ఎదురుచూస్తున్నాడు. విరామం వలన రైతుకేమీ ఆనందం రాదు. అల్లరి పిల్లలకి అన్నం పెట్టనని బెదిరించి ఆకాసేపు అమ్మ ఎంత బాధ పడుతుందో అంతకన్నా ఎక్కువ బాధనే  పడుతున్నాడు. ఇలాగైనా వ్యవసాయాన్ని బ్రతికిదామని తాపత్రయపడుతున్నాడు.

Keshava, the washerman had a donkey. They worked together all day, and Keshava would pour out his heart to the doneky. One day, Keshava was walking home with the donkey when he felt tired. If you made it human, we could have such good times together.’ The teacher decided to trick Keshava. He pretended to think for a while and then said, ‘Give me six months and it will cost you a thousand rupees.’ The washerman agreed and rushed home to get the money. He then left the donkey in the teacher’s care.

After the six months were up, Keshava went to the teacher. The teacher had been using the donkey for his own work. Not wanting to give it up, he said, ‘Oh, your donkey became so clever that it ran away. He is the headman of the next village.’ When Keshava reached the next village he found the village elders sitting under a tree, discussing serious problems. How surprised they were when Keshava marched up to the headman, grabbed his arm and said, ‘How dare you ? You think you are so clever that you ran away ? Come home at once !’

The headman understood someone had played a trick on Keshava. ‘I am not your donkey !’ he said. ‘Go find the sage in the forest.’ Keshava found the sage sitting under a tree with his eyes closed, deep in meditation. He crept up and grabbed the sage’s beard. ‘Come back home now !’ he shouted. The startled sage somehow calmed Keshava. When he heard what had happened, he had a good laugh. Then he told the washerman kindly, ‘The teacher made a fool of you. Your donkey must be still with him. Go and take it back from him. Try to make some real friends, who will talk with you and share your troubles. A donkey will never be able to do that !’ Keshava returned home later that day with his donkey, sadder and wiser.
